You are responsible for all other costs including, but not limited to, accommodations, transportation, and parking.
Cancellations must be received in writing, along with the original receipt of payment before
September 23, 2010. A full refund (less a $100.00 processing fee) will be provided prior to September 23, 2010.
The University of Alberta, Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Tuition fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however, the University will not be liable for any loss, damages, or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
