Score Card
You have two options for submitting your answers to the test (challenge): a scorecard that can be completed and mailed to our office, or one that can be completed online. You must submit your answers in order to receive a Letter of Course Completion.
A mark of 70% is required for a Letter of Course Completion. You have two attempts for the test: if you do not achieve 70% on the first attempt, you may retake the test.
(Note: You will not be informed about which questions you answered correctly or incorrectly).
An optical score card is included with your PHARMALearn module. After completing the module, indicate your answers on the optical score card and mail it to our office for marking. Faxed cards are not accepted. We will mark your card and send you a letter with the result. Letters are mailed each month. Please keep this letter for your Learning Portfolio.
Using the online score card, you can record your answers. You do not have to answer all the questions at once. You can save your answers and submit the card when you have completed all the questions. When you submit the card, it is instantly evaluated. When you have successfully completed the test, a Letter of Course Completion is generated, which you can print. Answers and rationale to the test questions will be provided upon request.
