Course materials (including course manual and instructional DVD)
Dinner on Friday and continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday
4GB USB Flash Drive (to take home your video recording of your interaction with a standardized patient)
You are responsible for all other costs such as accommodations, transportation, and parking.
Cancellations must be received, along with the original receipt of payment and all materials, before May 3, 2013. A full refund (less a $100.00 processing fee) will be provided until May 3, 2013 (May 31/June 1 workshop).
The University of Alberta, Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Tuition fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however, the University will not be liable for any loss, damages, or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
